Agreement: The rental contract between the Tenant and Owner facilitated through RentAra. 5. Service Fees: Fees charged by RentAra for facilitating rental transactions.

To access certain features of RentAra, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. RentAra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Account Security: You must notify RentAra immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. RentAra is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

RentAra provides a platform for Owners to list properties and for Tenants to find and rent properties. By using our Services, you agree to: 1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. 2. Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. 3. Accuracy: You will provide accurate and truthful information when using our Services. 4. Respect: You will respect other users and refrain from engaging in any abusive or discriminatory behavior.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall RentAra's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to RentAra in the past six months.

No Endorsement: RentAra does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. Access at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge and agree that RentAra shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
